Hi, I'm Carolyn. Mom, maker, and the person behind every single thing you see here.
The Wishing Elephant was born the same year as my oldest child, right at our kitchen table in New Hampshire. What started as a small idea grew into something I never could have imagined, and we have been growing ever since.
Today we work out of a beautiful 1800s mill building in Somersworth, NH. Brick walls, big windows, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. We are a true mom-run small business and every order is made and shipped with real care by a real person.
We make soft, screen-printed funny graphic tees and sweatshirts designed for the magic of childhood. Bright colors, clever sayings, and fabrics kids actually want to wear. Sizes from toddler through youth, with some adult styles too.
We have been featured on The Martha Stewart Show, in Rachel Ray Magazine, BabyTalk Magazine, and highlighted by CNN, BuzzFeed, Etsy, Babble, and BabyCenter. We may have also spotted Jessica Alba's daughter in one of our cardigans.
