Items can be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed) within 30 days of purchase. Returned within 30 days means in our hands (delivered). Each item that is returned is subject to a $5 restocking fee. Please return your items within 7 days of receiving to avoid the restocking fee. Returns only, no exchanges. Holiday specific items are not eligible for return after said holiday. To inquire about a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Processing time for returns is up to 15 days from delivery.
PLEASE inspect your item within 7 days of delivery. Any perceived defects will not be accepted for return after this window.
In the event that your return is not accepted due to wear, odor, stains, pet hair or any other reason - we will be in touch with you regarding why and give you options. You will be able to pay for a label to have the item(s) returned back to you, or we can donate on your behalf.
We are unable to combine multiple orders and refund shipping. If you would like to add onto an existing order prior to shipment, please reach out via email to do so and we will do our best to help.
Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as groups. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item(s) in the group, making the lower-priced item discounted or free. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new, equal value based off of the order total for all the grouped items, where the same % off discount is applied to each item individually. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original method of payment.
CUSTOM DYED ITEMS
Many of our items are custom dyed. This will be noted on the listing. Due to the dye process, they will run smaller in size and the tag will show wear and tear. These are PRE SHRUNK so they will not shrink when you wash them.
Due to high demand, there is the chance that products will oversell if Afterpay is used at checkout. If you are using Afterpay to check out, please note that you may run the risk of your carted items overselling! Unfortunately, due to communication in the Afterpay payment gateway window, products you may have purchased could have oversold in the checkout stage. These oversold items will be canceled and refunded.
While we try to have many items RTS (ready to ship), some require a lead time. Please expect your item to ship within seven business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an order, please send us an email!
