This simple valentines themed cape is adorned with tiny flocked red hearts. It is contracted with two layers of fabric, one with hearts and one solid white. The silver ribbon detail is sewn on the inside of the hood and the ties are sewn separately for ease. We love this piece for special events, valentine day parties, dress up and more.
